Joel Dupras, born in Montreal, Canada, is well known for his talent and expertise in contemporary design. After studying graphic design, he worked for several furniture companies, designing product lines for both the public and hospitality industries. Dupras won Interior Design magazine’s Best of the Year Award in 2009 and has since been working as the Designer and Art Director at Huppé, a Canadian furniture manufacturer. His designs are wholly comprised of simple shapes, balanced proportions and functionality. His minimalist approach, which is anything but cold, provides visual and tactile pleasures for the bedroom, home office and dining room.
