FAQs

Purchases

Absolutely! We can sell online and deliver to any customer who lives within our eligible delivery areas in Arizona and Texas. Delivery is also possible outside of Arizona and Texas, with a third-party carrier.

If an item is in-stock near you, you may add it to your cart and checkout smoothly. You can then easily choose a pickup or delivery date that works for you.

If an item you’re interested in purchasing is on an incoming order (and the ETA is provided on the product page), please contact your nearest Copenhagen location about reserving the piece with a deposit.

Though our website offers a multitude of furniture options, not all items we carry are listed. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call or visit in-store for a wider variety. We hope you enjoy both online and in-store shopping.

Every item on our website has its availability listed. If an item says “In Stock,” then it is currently available for purchase online or in-store, and you may add it to your cart. Each product page also lists the showrooms in which that product is displayed. Copenhagen does not typically sell models directly off the floor for items that we stock.

If an item says “Please call,” please call to check its availability, as it may be on an incoming order, discontinued, or out of stock. Items that are not yet available but will be soon will have an ETA date listed. You are welcome to call or visit in-store to pre-order those items with a 20% deposit.

Typically, two weeks if we have the item in stock. However, lead times will vary by vendor, and special orders take three months or more to arrive if they are shipped from overseas. Contact your salesperson for a detailed estimate.

Copenhagen offers several promotions throughout the year. To find details on our current deals, visit our promotions page.

Yes, we gladly offer flexible financing options. Copenhagen Imports has teamed up with Affirm, which allows us to offer various financing programs to suit your needs and budget. Feel free to complete a simple credit application online to accelerate the process when you visit our store.

Yes, you can special order items from eligible manufacturers in your choice of leathers, fabrics, and woods. Please note, all special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit, cannot be cancelled, and are considered final sales once the merchandise is in. Lead times can vary. If you have questions about what colors or materials an item can be ordered in, please contact your nearest location.

Yes, Copenhagen can hold your merchandise for up to four months with a 20% initial deposit. You will be billed monthly for four more 20% payments, which can be made online with a credit card, or in-store with a credit card, check, or cash. Once your merchandise is paid for in full, arrangements can be made for delivery or pickup of your items.

To make a secure online payment, login to your account and click on the “Make a Payment” tab or use the QuickPay link in the top right corner of your screen. For QuickPay, all you will need is your invoice number and account number. You may also make a payment in-store with a credit card, check, or cash. Copenhagen does not accept or ask for credit card numbers over the phone.

We have showroom locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tucson, AZ, as well as Austin, El Paso, and San Antonio, TX. Additionally, we have warehouse clearance centers in Phoenix, San Antonio, and Tucson.

Yes, we are proud to deliver furniture throughout our coverage areas in Arizona and Texas. We deliver within the metropolitan areas served by our showrooms in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tucson in Arizona, and Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso in Texas. For these areas, the cost is $140 per delivery. For an additional fee, we can deliver almost anywhere in Arizona, as well as West and South-Central Texas.

Copenhagen Imports is dedicated to the safety of our customers as well as our employees, so some delivery conditions may apply.

All balances must be fully paid before delivery is scheduled.

We can assist you with finding a Copenhagen-approved third-party shipping carrier to make your delivery. Contact us for more information.

We offer white glove delivery and assembly with our friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. The process is as follows:

  1. Once you schedule a delivery, our Customer Service team will reach out two days prior to your chosen date to provide a 3-hour delivery window.
  2. Please make sure your space is adequately clear for delivery and assembly, and that an adult will be home to receive the delivery.
  3. Once we arrive at your home or delivery location, our staff can wear masks, booties, and gloves upon request to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  4. Our team will assemble your furniture and place it in your space in its desired location.

We are not able to move existing furniture to other places in your home or remove existing or unwanted furniture upon delivery.

Please note that the hanging of wall art, mirrors, and wall sculptures is specialized and is not included in the standard delivery fee. Contact your sales associate or local service team to learn more about our wall-hanging service, available at additional cost.

To reschedule deliveries, please contact your nearest Copenhagen Service Center.

Yes. Copenhagen offers professional hanging and mounting services at a rate of $150 per hour, with a one-hour minimum for all products. Customers may request installation for as many items as they would like, but will be charged for every hour our trained agents are onsite.

For safety and liability reasons, only specialized, trained, and authorized Copenhagen agents may hang or mount products in customers’ homes. Copenhagen recommends using our trained specialists or another qualified professional, as some products may have complex mounting systems, require specific hardware, or be extremely heavy. Many manufacturers do not provide mounting hardware or instructions specific to your walls, so a trained professional can determine the appropriate installation method, hardware, and manpower needed.

Copenhagen is not responsible or liable for any customer-performed installations.

Please note that hanging or mounting is a separate service and cannot be guaranteed or promised as part of the initial delivery.

Our 3D artist scans furniture items to create a digital plan of the model, then applies textures from the scan to make the 3D model look realistic. The model is then uploaded to our website, where customers can click on the “View in 3D” button above a description to view a product from all angles. Copenhagen is excited to use technology to improve the customer experience, and one of our goals is to eventually have a 3D model for every product on our site.

First, click on the “View in 3D” or “3D” button next to a product image (only products with a 3D model can be viewed in AR mode). At the bottom right corner of the 3D model screen, click on the “AR” button. Please note that AR mode is currently only available on supported mobile or tablet devices.

When the AR viewer loads, make sure you have plenty of space around you and slowly move your device back and forth to scan the space. Once the AR model appears, move around your room and move the model with your fingers to place it and rotate it.

If you do not have a compatible device but would still like to view an item in AR mode, feel free to ask our staff for assistance. All our associates and designers have tablets compatible with our AR software and can help you view AR models.

Yes! Our floor planning software is free for all customers to use – a tutorial is here. All our associates and designers are also trained to use floor planning software on their tablets. If you need help creating a virtual floorplan of your space to visualize how a design project or new furniture item will look, our staff can assist you.

This certification, used for mattress and furniture foams, ensures that the foam is safe, clean, and free of potentially harmful substances. If a foam is CertiPUR-US or CertiPUR-EU Certified, this means that independent, reputable laboratories have tested it to make sure it was not made with chemicals like ozone depleters, flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, or phthalates.

CertiPUR Certified mattresses will also have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions. VOCs are substances used in the manufacturing process that may dissipate (or “off-gas”) into the surrounding environment when the mattress is unpacked. Though VOCs will fade away as the mattress airs out, they can create an unpleasant smell or even cause negative health effects while they remain in the air. Low VOC emissions (defined as less than 0.5 parts per million) ensure improved indoor air quality.

Finally, CertiPUR Certified products are tested for high performance and durability. In short, choosing a mattress with CertiPUR-US or CertiPUR-EU Certification means that your mattress will be safe, healthy, comfortable, and long-lasting from day one.

Yes, all the mattresses in our Art de Vivre and Harlequin mattress lines are made with CertiPUR-US Certified foam, and our Luonto sleeper sofas, chairs, and sectionals all carry a CertiPUR-EU Certification.
