If you live within our local delivery areas in Arizona and Texas, you can order furniture online and schedule a delivery for your order. All deliveries are handled by our friendly, professional Copenhagen delivery team. For select small items and accessories, we use USPS shipping to deliver your items to your doorstep.
If a product is in stock, you can click "Add to Cart" on the product page and enter your zip code. If you zip code is within our delivery areas, the item will be added to you cart, and you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you live outside of our deliver areas, you can add items to your 'Wishlist'.

While we pride ourselves on our professional delivery service to the metropolitan and in-state areas of our showroom locations in Arizona and Texas, Copenhagen Imports does not ship out of state.
That said, if you live out of state and have fallen in love with our products (and you will!), we'd be pleased to assist you in either referring you to a Copenhagen-approved retailer in your area, or a reputable outside shipper who can get our merchandise to you safe and sound. Please note that Copenhagen Imports assumes no liability for these independent deliveries.
As responsible and concerned citizens, we at Copenhagen are doing everything we can to minimize the possibilities of exposure and reduce the impact of COVID-19/coronavirus.
Beginning Friday March 20 and with an anticipated duration until April 15, Copenhagen will implement a“Limited Service Policy” in order to reduce interaction and contact between our valued customers and dedicated employees.
While we will still offer a delivery option, the delivery will be a "threshold" delivery, meaning that the furniture will be delivered to the nearest garage, doorstep, entryway, or covered area, with a $40 delivery fee. Customers will also have the option to pick up the merchandise at their nearest Customer Service Center.
All assembly is done by our professional assembly team, and is included in your delivery charge.
If you prefer, you may also pick up your items either assembled or KD from our Customer Service Centers, or one of our store locations. Assembly is still absolutely free. Please note that Copenhagen Imports assumes no liability for pick-up items once they leave our locations.

We are happy to be able to special order some items in your choice of leathers, fabrics, and woods. All special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and are considered final sales once the merchandise is in.
Copenhagen will be happy to hold your merchandise for up to four months with a 20% initial deposit. You will be invoiced monthly for four more payments, which can be made by phone with a credit card, or in-store with a check, cash, or credit card. Once your merchandise is paid in full, arrangements can be made for delivery or pick-up of your items.
All Copenhagen merchandise has a warranty, and we stand behind each and every item that we sell, no matter the price-point. Terms and conditions of these warranties will vary with the individual products, and all warranty issues must be handled through us.
