Do you have any special policies in place due to COVID-19?

The health and safety of our customers and employees is a top priority for us. As such, we have adopted appropriate measures to safely allow access to our showrooms. Please read more here for a description of these measures.

Do you sell online?

If you live within our local delivery areas in Arizona and Texas, you can order furniture online and schedule a delivery for your order. All deliveries are handled by our friendly, professional Copenhagen delivery team. For select small items and accessories, we use USPS shipping to deliver your items to your doorstep.

If a product is in stock, you can click "Add to Cart" on the product page and enter your zip code. If you zip code is within our delivery areas, the item will be added to you cart, and you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you live outside of our deliver areas, you can add items to your 'Wishlist'.

Do you ship out of state?

While we pride ourselves on our professional delivery service to the metropolitan and in-state areas of our showroom locations in Arizona and Texas, Copenhagen Imports does not ship out of state.

That said, if you live out of state and have fallen in love with our products (and you will!), we'd be pleased to assist you in either referring you to a Copenhagen-approved retailer in your area, or a reputable outside shipper who can get our merchandise to you safe and sound. Please note that Copenhagen Imports assumes no liability for these independent deliveries.

Do you deliver?

We pride ourselves on our very high level of customer service. To assure all our customer have the very best in service, we limit our delivery service to the metropolitan areas served by our showrooms in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Tucson in Arizona, and Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso in Texas.

In the metropolitan areas where our store are located, Copenhagen provides full-service delivery by our trained staff. We charge $85 per delivery, regardless of the number of items. There is no additional charge for assembly, and full installation of your purchase in your home or office is included in this local delivery feel.

Does my furniture come assembled?

All assembly is done by our professional assembly team, and is included in your delivery charge.

If you prefer, you may also pick up your items either assembled or KD from our Customer Service Centers, or one of our store locations. Assembly is still absolutely free. Please note that Copenhagen Imports assumes no liability for pick-up items once they leave our locations.

Do you offer financing?

Copenhagen Imports has teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer our clients a financing program that is both convenient and flexible. Please click here for more details or to apply online.

What about special orders?

We are happy to be able to special order some items in your choice of leathers, fabrics, and woods. All special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and are considered final sales once the merchandise is in.

Do you offer a layaway program?

Copenhagen will be happy to hold your merchandise for up to four months with a 20% initial deposit. You will be invoiced monthly for four more payments, which can be made by phone with a credit card, or in-store with a check, cash, or credit card. Once your merchandise is paid in full, arrangements can be made for delivery or pick-up of your items.

What is the warranty on your products?

All Copenhagen merchandise has a warranty, and we stand behind each and every item that we sell, no matter the price-point. Terms and conditions of these warranties will vary with the individual products, and all warranty issues must be handled through us.

Do you offer design services?

Copenhagen Imports has talented Design Consultants in each of our showrooms, ready and able to create a beautiful environment for your home or office. In-home consultations are available, and are free of charge. How do I care for my fine wood and leather products?
