Copenhagen will warrant all furniture for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery. Copenhagen’s warranty excludes damage caused by improper handling, use and/or care, and normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is expected and includes, but is not limited to: seat cover puddling (stretching); foam compression; color changes from exposure to light, contact with skin, or from cleaning/conditioning; modular motion furniture alignment; and damage or scratches from pets.

Our warranty is not available on clearance center merchandise or items sold “as-is”.

Batteries used for electronic mechanisms of any kind are warranted for a period of 1 (one) year.

Our Promise

After the 5 years and for as long as you own your Copenhagen Products, you can depend on Copenhagen for support and advice regarding any reasonable questions or concerns that you may have about these items. We will offer recommendations on qualified repair and/or service professionals and order parts if needed on your behalf (when still available). Please note that there will be a charge for service, parts and necessary travel, however these charges will not exceed the actual cost necessary to complete the service. Our warranty and services apply to products still within our service areas of Arizona and Texas.

Copenhagen offers a 7-day return policy on most items. Mattresses, as-is items, and special orders are not eligible for returns. Please see store for details.

We are happy to deliver furniture within the metropolitan areas served by our showrooms in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tucson, in Arizona, and Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso in Texas. For these metropolitan areas, the cost is $110 per delivery, and the delivery is completed by our in-house professional service team. For an additional fee, we can deliver almost anywhere in Arizona, as well as West and South-Central Texas. Please note that delivery fees for purchases from our Clearance Centers vary.
