Returns Policy

In-Area Return Policy:

For most items, there is a 7-day window for returns, refunds, and exchanges. After 7 days from delivery or pickup, we will not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Mattresses at Copenhagen are not returnable but can be exchanged if certain conditions are met. If you are not completely satisfied with your new mattress, you may exchange it for a different one as a one-time offer. Exchanges can only take place between 30 and 60 days after purchase of the mattress, if certain conditions are met. Not all mattresses from Copenhagen are eligible for exchange. Please contact your sales associate or your nearest Copenhagen Service Center for details on our Mattress Exchange Program.

A 10% restocking fee is charged on returns and cancellations of merchandise held over 30 days, as well as on cancellation of layaways.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders.

3rd Party Shipping Return Policy

All shipments are insured.

Any product that sustains damage during the shipping process will be claimed by Copenhagen. The cost of replacement parts or repairs will be handled by Copenhagen and/or the shipping company. If product is considered a “total loss”, the cost of shipping replacement items will be at the shipping company’s cost.

Any product that is erroneously shipped to the client will be returned to Copenhagen at Copenhagen’s cost.

Shipped product may be returned to Copenhagen for a full refund, within seven days of receiving shipment. However, all shipping costs for product being returned to Copenhagen, due to a “change of mind” will be at the client’s expense. The following reasons listed below are considered, but are not limited to, a “change of mind”:

  • Does not fit in space.
  • Does not look right in space.
  • Color looked different on website.
  • Does not like materials used to manufacture the product.
  • Purchased incorrect configuration.
  • Ordered too many.
  • Decided to purchase something else

Items returned due to customers change of mind will be shipped at the customer’s expense and must be in its original packaging. A refund is not processed until the product is inspected and found to be in new condition.
