Give to win a Stressless® Recliner

Copenhagen is proud to team up with four local charities in Tucson for our first annual giveaway charity event. From 2022 through 2025, Copenhagen raised a total of $300,000 for hunger relief. This year, we’ve expanded our partnerships to include local animal rescues, children’s and community support organizations, and food banks to support these essential causes. Simply donate $10 in-store to Special Olympics Texas, Central Texas Food Bank, Puppy Food Bank, or Project Transitions to receive an entry ticket for a chance to win a Stressless® recliner.

Central Texas Food Bank

The Central Texas Food Bank, founded in 1982, works to fight hunger in a rapidly growing region where many residents still struggle to afford food. CTFB serves 21 counties by partnering with local agencies to distribute food efficiently and meet increasing demand. The organization provides tens of millions of meals each year, reflecting both its large-scale operations and the rising need for assistance. In addition to food distribution, it develops programs, partnerships, and solutions aimed at improving long-term access to nutritious food for the community.

Puppy Foodbank

The Puppy Food Bank is a nonprofit that reduces financial strain on pet rescues, shelters, and foster families by providing essential food supplies for animals in need. Founded in San Antonio, Texas, it has expanded from serving 18 rescue partners in Texas to over 30 partners across 11 states as of 2024. The organization addresses the pet overpopulation crisis by helping shelters avoid euthanasia caused by limited space, time, and resources. By supplying free pet food, it allows rescues to focus on care, rehabilitation, and finding animals loving homes.

Project Transitions

Project Transitions is the only direct provider of supportive housing for people living with HIV in Central Texas, offering compassionate care and comprehensive support services. Founded in the late 1980s during the AIDS epidemic by Barbara Davis, the organization began with a hospice facility and quickly expanded to meet growing community needs. Over time, it developed multiple housing programs, including transitional and independent living options, to provide safe, affordable environments and pathways to stability. Today, Project Transitions continues to address HIV-related housing needs and works to end homelessness for this population, ensuring no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
