Do you ship out of state?

While we pride ourselves on our professional delivery service to the metropolitan and in-state areas of our showroom locations in Arizona and Texas, Copenhagen Imports does not ship out of state.

That said, if you live out of state and have fallen in love with our products (and you will!), we'd be pleased to assist you in either referring you to a Copenhagen-approved retailer in your area, or a reputable outside shipper who can get our merchandise to you safe and sound. Please note that Copenhagen Imports assumes no liability for these independent deliveries.

Do you deliver?

Do we ever! $75.00 anywhere in the metropolitan areas that our showrooms service! All assembly is included, and our professional delivery team will make sure that your furniture is installed exactly to your specifications, cleanly and efficiently.

For an additional charge, our team will also deliver anywhere in Arizona or West and South Central Texas. Please contact your nearest Copenhagen showroom for pricing on these outside areas.

Does my furniture come assembled?

All assembly is done by our professional assembly team, and is included in your delivery charge.

If you prefer, you may also pick up your items either assembled or KD from our Customer Service Centers, or one of our store locations. Assembly is still absolutely free. Please note that Copenhagen Imports assumes no liability for pick-up items once they leave our locations.

Do you offer financing?

Copenhagen Imports has teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer our clients a financing program that is both convenient and flexible. Please click here for more details or to apply online.

Do you offer a layaway program?

Copenhagen will be happy to hold your merchandise for up to four months with a 20% initial deposit. You will be invoiced monthly for four more payments, which can be made by phone with a credit card, or in-store with a check, cash, or credit card. Once your merchandise is paid in full, arrangements can be made for delivery or pick-up of your items.

What about special orders?

We are happy to be able to special order some items in your choice of leathers, fabrics, and woods. All special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and are considered final sales once the merchandise is in.

What is your return policy?

Copenhagen Imports has a 7-day return policy on all regularly-priced merchandise. Please note that restocking and/or pick-up fees may be applicable, and that "Final Sale", "AS IS," or Clearance Center merchandise is non-returnable.

What is the warranty on your products?

Copenhagen offers a five year warranty on everything we sell subject to normal and expected wear and tear but excluding damage caused by improper use and/or care.

Our warranty and services apply to products still within our service areas of Arizona and Texas. For more information, please contact your nearest Copenhagen location.

Do you offer design services?

Copenhagen Imports has talented Design Consultants in each of our showrooms, ready and able to create a beautiful environment for your home or office. In-home consultations are available after meeting with one of our designers. How do I care for my fine wood and leather products?
